Regulation of Retail Forex
I wanted to let you know that I STRONGLY DISAGREE with the government regulating the maximum
amount of leverage to no more than 10:1. An investor should be allowed to choose their level of
ambition and risk. Suggesting the government should regulate the amount of risk an investor can choose
is absolutely ridiculous! We're not talking here about something that is likely to present a systemic risk.
Is this a free country or not?? All you are doing is attempting to reduce the capability of the "small guy"
because you know the big institutions have and will find a way to leverage up as much as they want.
KEEP AMERICA FREE. DO NOT REGULATE THE MAXIMUM LEVERAGE AN INVESTOR
CAN CHOOSE TO UTILIZE.
Sincerely,
Robert Johnson
