Good Day Sirs:
Don't worry your revised regulations and proposed regulations have already had their effect. I have
closed all of my accounts dealing with the United States. I am a Canadian living in Canada and deal
now only with companies located in Canada and or Europe. Make whatever requirements you feel
necessary, if leverage of 10 to 1 is too great then make it 1 to 10. No such foolishness exist in the free
world, I'm just sort of sorry you decided to leave it.
