Greetings,
I oppose the rule change ( RIN 3038-AC61) to reduce the leverage in
small and micro accounts. The rule will essentially eliminate the
small and very small forex trader. My small account is used to help
learn in a live trade but not put a significant amount of capital at
risk. Please do not change the rule.
