    Regulation of Retail Forex
    Dear Mr. or Ms. Secretary,
I am writing to you in reference to RIN 3038-AC61. It is very clear that we have entered into an environment of anti-
capitalism in this country entirely due to the idiotic ideology of the Obama Administration. I understand this bill seeks to limit
risk by imposing reduced leverage regarding forex exchange accounts in the guise of protecting me from too much risk. It is
my choice to risk what I will.
As a person of Hispanic descent, I am a person of limited means and this bill would greatly impede my progression towards
wealth. Over the past few years I have taught myself how to navigate the financial markets and have successfully put myself
on a path towards achieving wealth through my own hard work. If this bill is passed into law it will directly affect my ability to
generate income. This bill is obviously targeting those of limited means to keep us poor. I am sure this is racially motivated,
as it affects those of limited means (i.e. Hispanics) and I will seek to sue the Obama administration and every member of
Congress and the Senate who chooses to vote this bill into law, as it is a violation of my civil rights.
