10:1 leverage proposal by the CFTC ****MUST BE STOPPED!!!
To whom it may concern,
regarding the 10:1 leverage proposed by the
CFTC, As a small retail trader i feel
this regulation/requirement will severely
handicap the profit potential of many "small
business traders" brokers and will force many
to seek offshore brokers.
I ask that you consider the small business
traders ability to operate under such
ristrictions. The elimination of retail traders
will increase price volatility and tighten overall
market liquidity which will have a negative
effect on all market participants..
Please reconsider this proposal.
