    RETAIL FOREX TRADING
As you are seeking public comment on retail forex trading, please let me state that your putting a
    10:1
margin requirement will only exclude much of the trading public, so I am very against that
regulation change. We should have access to the forex markets, not be excluded from them "for
    our own good".
    Thanks,
    Steven Broadbent
