On behalf of the Working Group of Commercial Energy Firms, Hunton & Williams LLP respectfully submits these comments to the “Interim Final Rule for the Reporting of Post-enactment Swap Transactions” by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission pursuant to Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and published in the Federal Register on December 17, 2010.
