On April 22, 2010, Commissioner O'Malia and staff meet with Richard Hirst, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Delta Air Lines, Sally Veith, Director Government Affairs of Delta Air Lines and Paul Architzel of Alston & Bird related to the comments Delta Air Lines will submit in response to 75 FR 4143: 17 CFR Parts 1,20 and 151 Federal Speculative Position Limits for Referenced Energy Contracts and Associated Regulations.
