On April 22, 2010, representatives of Delta Air Lines, Inc., discussed the Commission's proposed rulemaking regarding Federal Speculative Position Limits for Referenced Energy Contracts and Associated Regulations during a meeting with Chairman Gensler. In attendance at the meeting were Ben Hirst, Delta Air Lines, Sally Veith, Delta Air Lines, and Paul Architzel, Alston & Bird, LLP.
