I am against changing the Forex leverage from 100:1 to 10:1 for all NFA and CFTC regulated
firms. This change will eliminate the small investor. Asa small investorI have spent thousands of
dollars and countless hours in the study and execution of trades in the Forex market. Your proposal
will have a profound negative effect on small investors as my self.
Please eliminate this changein your proposal.
