My name is James Acosta. I am a Forex trader, this is what i think:
It is a ridiculous rule, you are going to kill the retail market in the USA.. you all seem to
be
against the regular people!., you do this and most retail clients will be FORCED to
open accts, outside the USA, OBVIOUSLY including myself.
TOTALY AGAINST THIS PROPOSAL of 1:10 .. leave it as it is. do not ruin opportunities for
US!.
