I strongly disagree with this proposed change. Every American should have the CHOICE to meter his own risk.
Every American has a unqiue financial situation and can determine his OWN risk in his own portfolio.
Perhaps the former Soviet Union or even China could still control their people, but surely the USA does not
expect to completely control every aspect of its citizens lives. I would hope that America does not choose to
further rob its people of their freedoms.
We do not need more government control. We simply need more education about financials, and tighter rein on
the banks. NOT more control on individual investors!
Please think in an American fashion. Freedoms.
