Dear CFTC Commission:
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits for precious
metals, i would urge you to establish a speculative position limit in COM£.X sliver of no
more thmn I500 contracts. Please restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to
the legitimate hedgers, Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures
~hat have been ~xperienced over the last several years from the short side of this market.
I believe this is vita[ to the market's integrity and in the best interests of the American
public.
