Dear Sir:
We are concerned about the inappropriate trading in the COMEX silver market. We
believe that Morgan Stanley is manipulating the price of silver by selling an extremely
large amount of short contracts. We ask that you impose a limit on the trading volume to
1500 contracts. Please do not allow special groups to be exempt. It should apply to all of
us equally.
We appreciate your consideration on this matter. Our family is dependent on you to do
your job and protect all of us.
