Dear Sir;
I appreciate the ability to comment on the metals meeting. No levels of concentration should be
allowed and no one should be able to use concentration to move prices. Being concentrated on the
short side of the market hurts all involved, except those who profit off the losses of others. This
creates an unstable environment and will lead to events that "cAll bring into question the integrity of
all involved. Please establish position limits in Comex Silver of 15oo max contracts this ~ll
reestablish market integrity and regain t]~e trust of all those affected.
