Thank for the opportunity to comment on the issue of positiou-iimits for precious
metals.
Please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no--more~han t500
contracts.
Please restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers. Please
stop the
levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the past
few years on the short side of the market.
Further to the above statement I'd like to express that I am shocked how the
metals market has
been m.anaged and to hear about all this possible manipulation recently regarding the
i ntervl ew
I listened to yesturday from Andrew MaGuire. This type of criminal activities has to be
stopped
and
I
urge you to do your part in creating guidelines like the one mentioned above to do
SO.
