Dear Sir:
Thank you for letting me have the opportunity to comment on the issue of position
limits for precious metals namely gold and silver. Please establish a speculive position
limit in Comex silver on no more than 1500 contracts.
Please restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedges.
Please stop the levels of concentration in Comex silver fatures that have been
experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market, and give all buyers
An equal chance to participate in the silver market.
