Re: Precious Metals Position Limits
Dear Sir;
As an active trader of precious metals on the Comex, I would very much want to see
positiqn lim!ts enacted for precious metals, especially silver. This would help level the playing
field and end the manipulative control of the large concentrated short position by one or two
entities in the 4 or less category. This concentration is clearly visible in your Commitment of
Traders and Bank Participation report. Please restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits
to legitimate hedgers. ..... ' ~ , .....,
