Dear Sir;
Followinl~ the revelations at the CFTC's Public Hearinl~ on metals position limits and exemptions
held on March 25, 2010; please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of
between 1000 to no more than 1500 contracts. Please restrict any hedl~inl~ exemptions from
those limits to truly lel~itimate hedl~ers.
Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced
over the past years on the short side of the market.
