Dear Si~:
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits
for precious metals. Please esablish a speculative position limit in
CO~Xsilver of no more than 1500 contrcts. Please restict any hedging
exemptions from those l~nits as well to legitimate hedgers. Please stop
the levels of concentration in CO}.~X silver futures that have been ~_5~
experienced over the past few yea~s on the short side of the market.
