Appreciate the opportunibl to comment. Believe the market and public would be better served ifthere
were to be position limits for precious metals.
Exemptions to limits should be offered only to legitimate hedgers. Huge disproportionate short
concentrations as seen in the COMEX silver futures market should not be allowed.
