Mr. Gensler,
As an independent investor in the precious metals markets, I want
to emphasize that investors want and need a more transparent, open
and fair market on the COMEX, We have had enough surprises,
collapses, and fraudulent activity in the financial markets, We
don't need any more, The CFTC is in a position to do something
to fix the known problems in the futures market in gold/silver,
It is time to fix these problems,
