Ladies and Gentlemen:
I am herewith offering my input to the CFTC Metals Public Hearings on March 25,2010.
I strongly urge you to more carefully regulate the metals markets by requiring higher deposit requirements in
the OTC derivatives market and place limits on commercials short positions. In the small silver and gold
markets, the current lack of adequate regulation allows a few commercials to manipulate and control the market
for their gain, to the loss and detriment of the entire rest of the investing public. This must be stopped by you.
The consequences to the integrity of the markets and to the entire financial system are too great for you to turn
ignore this blatant manipulation by just a few market power houses who have inside influence. Please do what
is right now, so that the financial kingpins do not continue to hold their unfair advantages.
