    Metals Hearing
    Metals Position Limits
    Dear Sirs,
Manipulation of markets is a crime that should not be allowed and should be punished. I and the great
majority of the American Public are sick of the cozy relationships between Washington and the [~Wall
Street Establishment[~ where the individual investor always gets shafted. At this stage we feel helpless
and un-represented, but we will exercise our only available recourse to vote the rascals out of office
every chance we get. Allowing further market manipulation and predative behavior by the large Wall
Street firms or the Government is unconscionable and hurts the free market. If these practices
continue you won[~t have a market to regulate.
I urge you to institute metals position limits that eliminate this shameful practice. The large banks are
not commercials; they are market manipulators who are getting away with murder under your watch.
    Respectfully,
    Manfred Kruger
