Re: JPMorgan and HSBC Banks Trading and Manipulation allegations...
A friend had an interesting idea as far as enforcement...
If they are found guilty of manipulating the Gold/Silver trading...
Immediate Suspension of trading privleges...and Immediate Liquidation of all SHORT POSITIONS...
Let the Marketplace hand them their due...just as it did to The Hunt Brothers when you forced them to liquidate...
Oh yeh...tell us first...5 days notice to the markets...
This is and has been a CRIME!
Why does it take you and the Enforcement Div so long to recognize/act on this brutal manipulation that is causing
the public harm?
Just look at the metals moves in early 2008 and again in late Jan to early Feb 2010...the time period G.A.T.A.
warned you in advance of the Takedowns in Metals...
PLEASE DO YOUR JOB!
And...LIQUIDATION ONLY orders after you SUSPEND THEM...
They did it to us...Let the Market "pay them back"...
