    HOW LONG does the public, who is suffering HARM from these manipulations have to suffer until you DO
    SOMETHING?
    Position Limits are only a part of it...
    These manipulations are a crime...AGAINST CFTC and THE PUBLIC and enforcement and penalties should be
    handed out now.
    PLEASE be effective regulators and STOP THESE MANIPULATIONS trading on CME COMEX Exchange as
    they are being done NOW under YOUR watch...and YOU are THE REGULATORS.
