Dear Comissioners (especially Comssioner Chilton).
I want to thank you for the hearing on metals. It was wonderful.
Aside from all the techinical stuff .... what it really comes down to is
ri~ight and
wrong. Just this. If there is something wrong that you have the power to correct in
the metals market, I pray that you will. You have so much support in this.
For me, the hearing you presented on metals gave me a new, positive perspective
of government agencies.
