Paper trading and selling of silver with no metal backing
Why do you permit such a manipulation of the silver by letting business sell paper certificates for silver that could
not be filled by devoting the larger portion of the annual mining production of silver. This would not be permitted
in other metal sells? This is wrong and it should not be permitted.
