How is it that your department allows many more times the volume of actual product to be "bought and sold" with
paper transactions. If I tried to "sell" something that I didn't own, they'd call that a crime ...... yet you folks allow
this everyday. Talk about the need to reform! But, I guess if your in on the game, and your nod of approval
comes from non other than Tim Geithner & Co., I guess you might as well light the cigars and pour the brandy!
