metals position limits
Dear CFTC Commissioners,
I appeal to you to carefully consider the matter of position limits in the trading of precious metals. After the
hearings recently completed by the CFTC it is glaringly apparent that the market in gold and silver is heavily
manipulated by certain large financial institutions. This manipulation is placing our financial system at risk due to
the large naked shorting of these metals.
In light of your responsibility to ensure a free and fair market, please act before we are faced with a Madoff-like
scandal. Please stop the fraud now!
