    Hi Chris.
Well, recall they did NOT let him on the testify list, which
pissed him off and caused him to release the emails to us,
but he somehow (they fucked up and/or Chilton had a say
in the issue...) *WAS* allowed to be in there to "assist"
someone else (who didn't know nearly as much, of course)
but who was, for some damn reason, testifying instead
of the actual whistleblower. Moral: Don't piss Andrew off.
    JMR
PS I decided to CC the CFTC email for comments on this,
if only for comedy. I suspect the lesson they'll take is "we
need to be even MORE closed & secretive, like the SEC
was with Markopolos!" Hope ya don't mind. :)
"The budget should be balanced, the treasury should be refilled,
public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom
should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign
lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt." Cicero,
    circa 63 B.C.
