Precious Netal Position Limits
Dear Mr. Secretary,
As an investor in precious metals for many years, I have been concerned and disappointed by the
concentration of short positions by large banks. Investors like myself are honest traders seeking honest
markets. I believe establishing position limits will remedy the situation in existence for many years and
encourage more traders to the COMEX. This policy should include NO exemptions, especially for
banks and/or funds. Thank you for highlighting these issues during your recent meetings.
