Gentlemen,
Thank you allowing me the opportunity to offer comments on the precious metals position limits issue.
I would like to see the commission take the following actions:
~ Establish position limits in COMEX silver of no more that 1500 contracts
) Restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers
~ Stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been
experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market.
