Speculative Position Limit in COMEX
Dear Sir;
Thank you for allowing me to express my concern for the limits on precious metals. Could you please restrict the shorting that goes on by the big banks on the Comex. The
concentration in the silver market is so blantant and dishonest. Please do the right thing and restrict it to fewer contracts.
Please act now- with all your power, for its in the
interest of the American people. Again, thank you very
