Metals Hearing
Position Limits and Comex shorting of Silver
Secretary of the Commission,
I appreciate the public forum on precious metals that transpired on March 24th. I read about the
many interesting questions raised and answered. While I'm happy the ball might get rolling
on addressing position limits and issue of large shortings of silver, as an PM investor, I cannot purchase
any more paper silver. I must take delivery and hold physical silver which is a sad state of affairs. I'm
anticipating the day when comex is safe and sound with the current shorts covered. Thanks
