Position Limits for Precious Metals
Dear Sir;
I am grateful for the opportunity to communicate with you on the issue of position limits for precious metals.
I appreciate your the recent hearings on the issue.
It is my hope that you will establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts.
In addition, please restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers.
And Please act now to stop the excessive short of silver COMEX positions that has dominated the market
over the last decade.
