Dear Commissioners,
My assessment of the tone in the metals hearing is your desire for
fairness and transparency. By regulating silver shorts to 1500 contracts
on the COMEX, legitimate speculation is allowed without concentration.
The trust given to you by the American people will be validated by
regulating this vital commodity. The worldwide dynamics of supply and
demand will allow silver to achieve its appropriate price in the
marketplace.
