    My God, Mr. Stawick, Who are you to say how much risk I can or cannot endure? Forex does
    a fine job by allowing us to enter a trade with only the amount we can afford. This is AMERICA,
    where we are free to make our own decisions. Please don't regulate this also. You see rm on
    a fixed income as it is. I'm only trying to ease the hardship of finance due to high medical bills.
    Maybe my ship will come in someday, and I won't have to be so dependant on others for living.
    Right now I'm making some extra money, thanks to the leverage that Forex now extends
    to us. Please cosider all the facts before you go forth with these new regulations on leverage
    use in the Forex Market. Thanx for taking the time to listen. Richard R., S.C. This is in
