Thank you - Metals Position Limits
Dear Sir;
Thank you for taking the time to investigate the issue of position limits for precious metals and making the
testimony of those that attended available to all.
I ask that you please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts and
inforce adequate punishments against those that are found to be exceeding these limits.
Of course, there should be hedging exemptions from those businesses and individuals who's business requires
legitimate hedges, however any exemptions do need to be restricted to actual hedgers.
Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures so that the playing field is at the same level for
both large and small investors. Recently it has been skewed to the short side of the market.
