Dear Sirs,
I am writing you concerning the limits and concentration allowed in the silver markets. Please establish a
reasonable limit in COMEX silver speculative contracts. I request that any hedging exceptions from those limits
be restricted to legitimate hedgers. Finally, please stop the levels of short side concentration in COMEX silver
futures that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market.
