This opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits for precious
metals is most welcome.
I am a resident in the British Isles and have been watching the massive
short positions in silver with great alarm.
My request is that you fix a limit on these short positions without
delay.
A manipulated market place is no market place at all, your limiting
short positions can bring about a return to an honest arena,
