Speculative position limits in precious metal
Dear Sir,
I would like to thank you for the opportunity you've given me to comment on position limits for precious metals.
I'd like to ask you to please
establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver to no more than 1500 contracts. Also please restrict any
hedging exemptions from those limits
to only those legtimate hedgers. I'd ask also that you would please put a stop to the levels of concentration in
COMEX silver futures we've been experiencing
over the last few years to short the market.
