silver position limits
Dear mr. Chilton,
I am a retired individual that manages my own investments. I am writing to request that position limits on the metals markets
be established and enforced without the current practice of granting exemptions. I feel this is vital to an open and honest
market. I have followed the CFTC hearing on the web and was impressed with the testimony. Please continue the good work.
