Limits on Silver positions
Thank you very much for allowing the public to comment on the issue of position limits for precious metals.
Please establish a speculative limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts. The present situation with
no limits has caused a serious misrepresentation of the value of silver, which is untenable in the long term.
Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that has been going on for a number of years on
the short side of the market.
