Gold/Silver Position Limits
Dear Sir;
I appreciate this opportunity to comment on your investigation of position limits for precious metals. I request,
respectfully, that you set a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts. Also,
kindly restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers. Please end the levels of
concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of
the market. Your modernizing these regulations will provide a fairer market opportunity for all prospective
users.
