position limits
Dear sir,
I appreciate the opportunity to discuss the issue of position limits
for precious metals, especially speculative position limits in COMEX
silver. Numerous informed individuals have suggested a limit of 1500
contracts and only allow hedging exemptions to legitimate hedgers.
Concentrated COMEX silver future shorts hardly seem to be fair to the
general public and in keeping with the mission of the cftc.
