Thank you for allowing the public once again to comment on the position limits of precious metals
The fraudulent and criminal activity of 2 big banks in the market, is common knowledge and the public
depends on you to safeguard their interests
Therefore it is essential for you to establish speculative position limits particularly in Silver, and to
restrict any exemption only to legitimate hedgers.
Now more than ever before, in the light of these recent revelations is it critical for you to stop the levels
of concentration in the Comex Silver that we have experienced over the past few years in the short side of
the market
I repeat, the public depends on you and NOW is the time to stand up and be
counted
