I am writing in concern about the proposed reduction on the leverage of the Forex. It would be
impossible for the little guy like me to make any money at all if you do this. I am working with a
~;400. account and if you change the leverage down, then only the wealthy could make any money. I
spent my entire life savings buying a forex program to help me trade the forex and if you do this,
you will have taken away my only chance to make this work. This was my hope to be able to make a
