Limits please
Dear commission member, Concerning position limits for precious metals, please
help a simple citizen such as myself. Please put speculative position limits in the
COMEX gold and silver of no more than 15oo contacts. Please restrict any hedging
exemptions from those limits. Please stop the levels of concentration in the COMEX
silver futures that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of
