    Metals Hearing
    COMEX Silver Position Limits
    Dear Sir;
    Thank for holding the previous hearing on position limits for precious metals and the the
    opportunity to comment. It is my strong urging for the Commission to adopt a speculative
    position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts. Please restrict any hedging
    exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers.
    I am only an individual, but have a substantial portion of my life savings in precious metals.
    During the past several years, I have watched the value of my holdings fluctuate wildly due to
    the extreme short positions which have been allowed to be placed by just a few large banks.
    Please
    stop
    the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced
    over the past few years on the short side of the market.
    Sincerely,
    Bradford J. Brady
